1st Cor.15:1 Moreover, brothers, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you have received, and in which you stand;
1st Cor.15:2 by which you are being saved, if you keep in memory what I preached to you, unless you have believed in vain.
1st Cor.15:3 For I delivered to you first that which I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures;
1st Cor.15:4 and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures:
1st Cor.15:5 and that He was seen of Cephas, then by the twelve:
1st Cor.15:6 after that, He was seen by above five hundred brothers at once; of who the greater part remain to this time, but some have fallen asleep.
1st Cor.15:7 After that, He was seen by James, then by all the apostles.
1st Cor.15:8 And last of all He was seen of me also, as one whose birth was premature.
1st Cor.15:9 For I am the least of the apostles, and not suitable to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the Assembly of God.
1st Cor.15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am: and His grace which was bestowed on me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than them all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.
1st Cor.15:11 Therefore whether it was I or they, so we preach, and so you believed.
1st Cor.15:12 Now if Christ is being preached that He rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection out from the dead?
1st Cor.15:13 But if there is no resurrection out from the dead, then Christ is not risen:
1st Cor.15:14 and if Christ is not risen, then our preaching is in vain, and your faith is also vain.
1st Cor.15:15 Yes, and we are found as false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that He raised up the Christ: Whom He has not raised up, seeing that in effect, the dead are not being raised.
1st Cor.15:16 For if the dead are not being raised, then if Christ has not been raised:
1st Cor.15:17 and if Christ has not been raised, your faith is vain; and you are yet in your sins.
1st Cor.15:18 Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ have perished.
1st Cor.15:19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.
1st Cor.15:20 But now is Christ risen out from the dead and became the first fruits of them that slept.
1st Cor.15:21 For since by man came death, by man also came the resurrection of the dead.
1st Cor.15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in the Christ all will be made alive.
1st Cor.15:23 But each man in his own sequential order: Christ, the first fruits; afterward they that are Christ’s, in His Presence.
1st Cor.15:24 Then comes the end, when He will have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father, when He will have put down all rule and all authority and power.
1st Cor.15:25 For He must reign, until He has put all enemies under His feet.
1st Cor.15:26 The last enemy that is being destroyed: death.
1st Cor.15:27 For He has put all things under His feet. But when He says all things are put under Him, it is manifest that He is exempt, which did put all things under Him.
1st Cor.15:28 And when all things will be subdued to Him, then will the Son also Himself be subject to Him that put all things under Him that God may be all in all.
1st Cor.15:29 Then what will they do who are immersed for the dead, if the dead do not rise at all? Why are they then immersed for the dead?
1st Cor.15:30 And why do we stand in jeopardy every hour?
1st Cor.15:31 I affirm by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily.
1st Cor.15:32 If according to men I have fought with wild beasts at Ephesus, what does it profit me, if the dead are not being raised? Let us eat and drink; for tomorrow we die.
1st Cor.15:33 Be not deceived: evil companionship ruins a good disposition.
1st Cor.15:34 Wake up to what is proper, and do not sin; for some have no knowledge of God: I am speaking to your dysfunction.
1st Cor.15:35 But some man will say, how are the dead being raised? And what body are they coming?
1st Cor.15:36 You fool, that which you sow is not given life, unless it dies:
1st Cor.15:37 and that which you sow, you do not sow that body that will be, but bare grain, it may be of wheat, or of some other grain:
1st Cor.15:38 but God gives it a body as He purposed, and to each seed a body of its own.
1st Cor.15:39 All flesh is not the same flesh: but one indeed of men, another flesh of beasts, another of birds, and another of fish.
1st Cor.15:40 There are also heavenly bodies, and earthly bodies: but the glory of the heavenly is different, and the glory of the earthly is another.
1st Cor.15:41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differs from another star in glory.
1st Cor.15:42 So also is the rising of the dead. It is being sown in corruption; it is being raised in incorruption:
1st Cor.15:43 it is being sown in dishonor; it is being raised in glory: it is being sown in weakness; it is being raised in power:
1st Cor.15:44 it is being sown a soulish body; it is being raised a spiritual body! There is a soulish body, and there is a spiritual body.
1st Cor.15:45 And so it is written, the first man Adam became a living soul; this last Adam into a life-giving spirit.
1st Cor.15:46 However that which was first was not spiritual, but that which is soulish; and afterward that which is spiritual.
1st Cor.15:47 The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is out of heaven.
1st Cor.15:48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.
1st Cor.15:49 And as we bear the image of the earthy, we will also wear the image of the heavenly.
1st Cor.15:50 Now this I say, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither does corruption inherit incorruption.
1st Cor.15:51 Behold, I show you a mystery; we will not all sleep, but we will all be altered,
1st Cor.15:52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for a trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we will be altered.
1st Cor.15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
1st Cor.15:54 So when this corruptible will have put on incorruption, and this mortal will have put on immortality, then will be brought to pass the saying that is written, O Death is swallowed up in triumph.
1st Cor.15:55 In what place O Death, is your piercing? In what place O Hades, is your triumph?
1st Cor.15:56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the Law.
1st Cor.15:57 But thanks be to God, who causes us this triumph through our Lord Jesus Christ!
1st Cor.15:58 Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, since as you know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
